Firefighters Battle Los Angeles Wildfires as Strong Winds Threaten Iconic Landmarks
With menacing winds forecast to return, firefighters race to contain Los Angeles wildfires.
If strong winds return as forecast, they could push the flames toward the world-famous J. Paul Getty Museum and the University of California, Los Angeles.
As of January 12, the wildfires have killed 16 people, forced nearly 180,000 more to evacuate, and destroyed or damaged more than 12,401 structures
